Integral Privacy Notice

1. Data controller

Arcanum is responsible for the processing of your personal data.

2. Personal data we process

Account: name, email address, password (stored encrypted) and gender (optional).
Birth data: date, time and place of birth, used to calculate your astrological information.
Derived astrological data: sun sign, moon sign, ascendant, Chinese sign and element.
Telegram: your Telegram user identifier, when you access through the bot or the Mini App.
Sensitive data: the content of the dreams and consultations you voluntarily write and their interpretations, which could reveal aspects of your intimate sphere, emotional state or religious, philosophical or moral beliefs. They are processed only with your express consent (section 5).
Usage and history: consultations made, tarot cards drawn, plan and credits.
Payment data: payments are made only in cryptocurrencies; we do not store cards. We only keep the transaction identifier and status reported by the processor (BTCPay Server).

3. Purposes

Primary (necessary for the service)

Create and manage your account.
Calculate your astrological information and generate personalized interpretations with artificial intelligence.
Process payments and manage your plan or credits.
Service notices (plan expiration, purchase confirmations).
Handle support requests and ARCO rights requests.

Secondary (you may refuse without affecting the service)

Aggregate statistics to improve the service.
Communications about new features.

4. Data transfers

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing.

5. Consent for sensitive data

The processing of the content of your dreams and consultations is carried out only with your express consent, granted through an electronic authentication mechanism (a specific checkbox at registration, or the acceptance button in the Telegram bot / Mini App) with date and time logging. You may revoke it under section 7; revocation will prevent the generation of new interpretations.

6. History retention and deletion

Your consultation history, interpretations and dream diary are kept while your subscription is active. If your subscription expires and you do not renew it, the history is kept for up to 6 months after expiry and is then permanently deleted.

At any time you can delete a single record or your entire history directly from the app (History → delete icon, or "Delete all history"; Dream diary → "Delete entire diary"), without contacting us or waiting periods. In-app deletion is immediate and irreversible.

7. ARCO rights

You may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Opposition free of charge by messaging us on Telegram at @SOFT_IAA with:

Full name and the email registered on the account (or your Telegram identifier).
Description of the right you are exercising and the data involved.
A document proving your identity.

Response time: maximum 20 business days. You can also delete your account from your profile, which erases your data immediately and irreversibly.

8. Revocation and limitation of use

You may revoke your consent (in full or only for sensitive data) or limit the use/disclosure of your data by messaging us on Telegram at @SOFT_IAA. Revocation for primary purposes may imply the deletion of your account.

9. Cookies and tracking technologies

The web application uses browser local storage only to keep your session. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics or third-party trackers. Details in the Cookie Notice.

10. Changes to this notice

Changes will be published on this page and, if substantial, will be notified within the application. The last update date appears at the top.

11. Authority

If you believe your right to data protection has been harmed, you may file a complaint with the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno, the competent authority in Mexico.
