Adhesion contract between Arcanum and the user ("the User") of the mobile application, the web application and the arcanum.i.tigs.win website (jointly, "the Service").

By registering or using the Service you declare that you have read and accept these Terms and the Privacy Notice.

1. Purpose of the Service

Arcanum is an entertainment and personal reflection application: Western and Chinese horoscope, dream interpretation (psyche-analytic and arcane), natal chart, synastry, virtual tarot and numerology, generated by artificial intelligence. The content does not constitute medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Spiritual/esoteric content is interpretive and recreational; it does not represent official doctrine, cult or religious practice.

2. Requirements

The Service is for adults 18 years and older. By registering you declare that you are of legal age.
You must provide truthful data and accept the Privacy Notice, including express consent for the processing of sensitive data (the content of your dreams and consultations).
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password.

3. Plans, prices and billing

Prices are in US dollars and include applicable taxes.

Payments and renewals

All payments are made exclusively in cryptocurrencies (BTC, USDT, Lightning) through BTCPay Server.
Each payment is one-time per period (30 days or one year): there are no automatic charges or recurring debits of any kind.
Your plan remains active for the paid period. When it expires, you return to the free plan unless you choose to pay again — there is nothing to cancel.

Single consultations and refunds

The single consultation is a one-time payment that grants 1 credit redeemable for one interpretation; it is non-refundable and not redeemable for money.
No refunds for partial periods already started or for consultations already generated. Incorrect charges attributable to Arcanum may be claimed via Telegram at @SOFT_IAA within 10 calendar days.

4. Acceptable use

Personal, non-commercial use; do not share your account.
Do not use the Service for illegal activities or to make relevant medical, legal or financial decisions.
Do not extract, bulk-copy or resell the generated content.
Arcanum may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

5. Intellectual property

The brand, design, code and content are property of Arcanum. You may save and share your interpretations for personal use, without the right to commercially exploit them.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of interpretations. Arcanum's liability is limited, to the maximum extent permitted by law, to the amount paid in the 3 months prior to the claimed event.

7. Personal data

Data processing is governed by the Integral Privacy Notice, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Changes

We may modify these Terms; the current version will always be on this page and substantial changes will be notified within the app. Continued use implies acceptance.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. The parties submit to the competent courts of the Service owner's domicile, without prejudice to the consumer's right to resort to PROFECO (Mexican consumer protection agency).
